Drive to the airport exit road and follow the directions to Jebel Ali and Abu Dhabi along Sheikh Zayed Road. Take Exit 39 (interchange 4) and follow sign of Umm Suqeim 63 East. Keep left to pass through the bridge, Drive another 400 meters following “First Al Khail street south” by taking another right from the signal. Passing before the 2nd traffic signal of “Network” take the free right and drive another 400 meters. Take right after Auriz Hotel and you are in front of "Ivory Grand Hotel Apartments".

Board the "Red Line" Metro available from Terminal 1 & Terminal 3, Get down at Mall of the Emirates Station (N 32) and take the exit 1, head east towards Mall of the Emirates, walk 600m, Ivory Grand Hotel Apartment will be on your left side.

Children and Extra Beds:
All children under 2 years stay free of charge with a complimentary crib.
Any type of extra bed/cot or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel and is subject to availability.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically into the total costs and will have to be paid separately to the Hotel.
Children above 10 years are considered as adults and additional charges may apply.
Upto 2 children under 6 years stay free of charge whilst using existing bedding

Identification requirement for check in:
All guests including children must present a valid U.A.E Identification or passport upon check-in.

Valuable Items: In line with local regulations, valuable items such as jewellery, watches, gold, cash or similar commodities will be kept for maximum of 30 days after which they must be given to the local authorities.
Non-Valuable Items: Items which are not mentioned in the above list of valuables will be kept for a maximum of 3 to 7 days, after which they are disposed of in line with the Hotel policy.
Please note as per the hotel policy, visitors are not allowed in the room, visitors will be met only in the lobby.
Minimum age of the main guest should be 21 years for checkin and signing the registration form.
A security deposit of AED 250 per reservation is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and is subject to a final accommodation inspection, following which should any damage or loss be identified applicable charges will be added into the guest's account.
Please note that guests might experience some noise disturbance from the construction in the surrounding area.
