How the Policy Works

If you discover a lower publicly available rate for the same room type, booking conditions, and stay dates on any OTA, please notify us by email at reservations@ivorygrandhotels.com.

To assist us in verifying the rate, please include:

• A screenshot of the lower rate

• A direct booking link from the OTA showing the rate details

Once confirmed, we will match the lower rate and extend an additional 5% discount to honor our commitment and ensure your satisfaction.

• The lower rate must be found at the time of booking through our official website.
